If you talk about the man pages, you have to download the man package
from our German Cygwin site:

   - package availability
     - on ftp.franken.de
     - in /pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/porters/Humblet_Pierre_A/B20
     - as man-1.5f-cygwin-b20-bin.tar.gz

Then you can put all the man pages in (for example) /usr/man or
/usr/local/man and run "man ls", to view the man page for ls.
