I'm getting this error:

The heap has been split, CYGWIN can't fork this process.
Increase the heap_chunk_size in the registry and try again.
gnumake: vfork: Not enough space
gnumake: Target `derived' not remade because of errors.

with the [gnu]make.exe that came with B20, i.e.
GNU Make version 3.75, by Richard Stallman and Roland McGrath.

Anyone know what this means? Or what I can do about it?
(B20.1 doesn't work either, but gives different error message.) I believe it's
trying to fork off a call to the shell ([a]sh.exe) to run some commands.
