Subject: B20.1: problem with exit status in bash
Date: Mon, 2 Aug 1999 19:10:11 -0700
MIME-Version: 1.0
X-Mailer: Internet Mail Service (5.5.2448.0)

While running shell scripts in B20.1 bash on NT 4.0,
intermittently the exit status from all commands
(echo $?) is always set to 0 even if the command had
actually failed and returned a non zero status.

This problem does not happen when B18 bash is used.
On B20.1 is it intermittent and happens with large
scripts only.
