I'm trying to recompile shell utils or at least tee but am running into a
problem in the configure script. I've tried sh-utils1.16 from any gnu ftp
site and also the shellutils bz2 package from cygnus but get the same error.
the configure script runs but never completes, keeps repeating the following
error ':integer expression expected' any ideas where to start looking?

nt4 sp3 B20.1 with egcs
