Hello, It looks like "spawn -open" doesn't work. This can be easily recreated by running the spawn test script in source distribution. The error text reported by expect (or tcl) is "bad file number". I'm trying use something like "spawn -open [open /dev/com1]". Does anyone have a patch for this problem? It looks like expect-for-NT found at expect.nist.gov works: "spawn -open [open COM1:]" -Brian -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
