This is a problem with the Cygwin DLL. See my yesterday post and
Chris' reply. It seems we will only get this fixed if someone
volunteers a patch, but I have no time and negative will to get
involved with the Win API again (I left it behind 3 years ago and I
think it saved my sanity).
