The proposed distribution will be more in line with a standard UNIX directory
tree. Something like:
/cygwin/b21

+ /tmp
+ /usr
+ /bin
+ /include
+ /lib
+ /local
+ /bin
+ /include
+ /lib
| /share
| /share
| /var
Note: The above tree is a supposition and NOT fact.
