Thanks for all the good work. I can't judge the cutting edge stuff, but this
g77 is the best f77 I've seen for Windoze.

Like don't bug Mumit about all the features which might not be totally there
yet, but I have to say AFAICT it does everything previous releases do and
more. But, you may need to compile from source yourself to get in synch with
the cygwin snapshots, if you're using those, with the up to date windows and
ctype headers.
