Using the 5/23 cygwin1.dll, the following is broken: cat >file It echos the input typed from the terminal and refuses to accept ^D as EOF. I have CYGWIN=tty among other things. Is there a more recent version of the dll with this bug fixed? The 1/15 cygwin1.dll doesn't have this problem.
