I've had to change my web site to http://www.bonedaddy.net so
that I could put up all the source packages I needed to (and
to support the traffic).

I have a Freeciv 1.8.0 WIN95/98/NT installation executable
available at that location.

It is a Cygwin application and requires an X server.

Freeciv is free civilization game (http://www.freeciv.org).
