I have a new Freeciv release (1.8.0 stable, built from the
R1_8_0a CVS tag) of the Windows 95/98/NT installation.

As before, it uses Cygwin (http://sourceware.cygnus.com/cygwin)
and requires an X server.

I've moved my web site from GeoCities to http://home.earthlink.net/~tsg1.

The release is available there.

Freeciv is a Civilization game originally developed under UNIX.
