which is for X11R5.

For X11R6.4 there no such thing like a freeware X-Server.  

You might consider downloading a demo version of X-win32 (X11R6.3) from http://www.starnet.com.
The demo version time-out after 2 hours, but you can restart it again.  I was told, it works for applications linked against X11R6.4 libs.
