Subject: Shell scripts called *.exe

It seems if you have a shell script - ie with "#!/bin/sh" as the first
line, and call the script 'something.exe', and execute it with
'./something', it will crash your bash.

Just try
echo '#!/bin/sh' > something.exe; ./something
