Subject:	Help! How to load an existing dll into cygwish80?

I want to use Metakit for Tcl to store some data, and downloaded the
binary distribution(a dll file) for Win95. In Tcl/Tk8.0 for Win95, it can
be loaded into the interpreter fine, but in cygwish80, when I want to
"load mk4tcl.dll mk4tcl", it said "invalid argument"! What shall I do? 
Please reply to my address as I have not subscribed the list, thanks a
