Subject:	[ANN] new Perl distribution for cygwin-b20.1

There was a new official release of Perl last week, so I've updated the
patch, build instructions, and binary distribution to the new version.
They can be obtained from
ftp://belgarion.resnet.gatech.edu/pub/cygwin/B20/perl/

The files are:

perl5.005_03-cygwinb20-instructions.tar.gz     build instructions +
patches
perl5.005_03-cygwinb20.tar.bz2                 binary distribution
perl5.005_03.tar.gz                            original (unpatched)
sources

The binary distribution will untar into /usr/local/bin,
/usr/local/man/man1, and /usr/local/lib/perl5, so unpack it from the /
directory.
