With the newest version of TakeCommand (2.02A), you can force all
applications to run in the TakeCommand window by going to Options/Configure
Caveman Apps and then Adding *.*

This will not work either.  I had tried it.  If you execute an application
which using cygwin1.dl from TakeCommand32 prompt, it pops-up another DOS
shell and execute Cygwin application in the crapy Win95/98 DOS shell.
