Port of repGL library for Cygwin B-20.1 is available
from http://www.ipass.net/~ssiddiqi

repGL library is used for porting SiliconGraphics IRIX GL code
to non-SGI IRIX platforms. It runs on top of Mesa 3D to emulate
IRIX GL  3D graphics.

Feel free to get download it if you need it.  I have tested the repGL for
Cygwin B-20.1 with a couple fo GL based code, and it seems to work in
my hands.
