My apologies for for posting a request yesterday for copyrighted material.
I did not mean to suggest that someone should violate the laws and give my
source code or a working executable.  I was able to locate the MKS shareware
demo, which includes a working version of the Korn shell, and for my
purposes,
that's exactly what I needed and I'm happy for now.
