The binary for LessTif 0.88.0 for the Cygwin platform is now available
at
ftp://lesstif.org/pub/hungry/lesstif/bindist/

The archive (lesstif-0.88.0-Cygwin-B-20.1.tgz) contains Motif 1.2, and
Motif 2.0 compatible static and shared  libXm, lib Mrm libraries,
headers files for both the versions of MOTIF, MWM, UIL, Xmbind man
pages, and LessTif Developers Guide book as HTML pages.  The libXlt and
libXlt.dll.
