I've searched the faq and userguide but can find nothing.....

I'm trying to port the Undernet ircd & UWorld 8.1....  
But trying to install the ircd, I cannot run the configure script.
      BASH.EXE-2.02$ ./configure
      BASH.EXE: ./configure: No such file or directory

And for the UWorld, which uses no configure script, make doesn't work.
cd src; make
