The problem happens in the first step (build the b20.1 source), before
getting to egcs.  anyway i just ftp'd it...

 could be, i used gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com insted of
cygwin-subscribe AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com...  thanx again,
