Subject: Bug: gdb and symbolic links?

gdb pathname

If pathname contains a symbolic link, then gdb gives the error,

Error creating process

when pathname is run.

If however, you resolve the links in the pathname, gdb can start the
application OK.

Not a biggie, just an annoyance.
