I know this has been posted before, but ....

Does anyone know of any projects porting cygnus/mingw32 for CE?  I found
one site where someone built a cross-compiler for CE on the MIPS
platform.  I have a  Hitachi SH3 palmtop and would like to be able to
build software for it.
