I have installed cygnus B19 on a pentium running NT4.0. Is there a file
corresponding to make.rules in UNIX? I am trying to use make, using
Makefile and Makefile.gnu. Makefile has a line:
"include <${RULES_MK}>" where make stops. 

Any help is welcome.
