Hi,
Anyone know what the reason for the following error message is? It keeps
messing up my scripts and untars.
($ is my shell prompt)
$ mount
Device Directory Type Flags

\\.\tape0: /dev/st0 native text!=binary
\\.\b: /dev/fd1 native text!=binary
\\.\a: /dev/fd0 native text!=binary

$ pwd
/usr
$ ls -ld foo
drwxr-xr-x 10 terryl Users 0 Jan 13 14:28 foo
$ mkdir foo/bar
$ ls -ld foo/bar
ls: foo/bar: No such file or directory
$ rmdir foo/bar
$ mkdir /usr/foo/bar
$ ls -ld foo/bar
drwxr-xr-x 2 terryl Users 0 Jan 13 14:30 foo/bar
$ mkdir foo/bar/baz
mkdir: cannot make directory `foo/bar/baz': No such file or directory
$
