This has been reported by several souls. Preleminary indications are
that this is unique to Windows 95. What OS are you running?
Other indications are that Cygnus will not take this problem
seriously until many more souls report it... if even then!

Interesting. On my setup, the [PAUSE] key stops the scrolling
and the [ANY] key starts it again. However, most things I want
to read from the screen are piped through 'more' which is aliased
to less with $LESS set to '-egiM'. When doing builds, I use a
command line such as 'make > build.log 2>&1' from 'bash'. This
allows me to review the build at my leisure.
