expect and tcl rebuilt from dev-src
remark: the make in Mumit Khan's distribution seems better on
W95 than the one in cywin-b20.1, but it misses some of the
recursive installation steps even on NT. patch from
cygwin-b20.1 appears solid on NT, but is giving a little trouble on
W95.
egcs testsuite runs go further than before, with fewer (apparently
spurious) errors reported, but still terminate prematurely.
