ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/binutils-2.9.1.tar.gz has the latest
"official" GNU sources for ld.

This isn't what Cygnus uses, though.  You'd need to actually
download the sources that come with B20.1 to get the
sources for cygwin's ld.  The FSF is missing some stuff
we've added, and the latest binutils snapshot have extra
stuff that B20.1 doesn't yet have.
