In the <sys/stat.h> dated 98-02-26, there's no prototype for lstat, which is
used in bzip2. It should be the same as stat, ie

int lstat(const char *path, struct stat *buf);

However lstat appears to be in libcygwin.a. I haven't checked whether it
does anything/anything different from stat.
