You really need rsh ? Or just some remote shell ?
If the latter, you should try ssh, which has been ported by various
people. One of these ports you can find
- on ftp.franken.de
- in /pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Okhapkin_Sergey/ports
- as ssh-1.2.26-cygwinb19.tar.gz
