As soon as you write the interface to CoInitialize
and CreateShortcut so that cygnus can use them
in their headers, ie. WITHOUT reading or referenceing
the MS headers in any way, JUST from the MS documentation,
And you assign your copyright, to the FSF.
You are welcome to contribute the changes that would
be needed to make shortcuts work ;^)
