Win95 re-installation does the same. As does glibc if you forget and try to
read DOS text files under linux. But Norton Utilities is cheaper than the
extra time taken to figure out how to fix it manually.  Just don't use the NU
defrag if you have a Linux partition, stick to Bill's own.
