I am using B19.1 on Windows NT. I have a program that compiles and links
fine under cygwin. It will not run under windows NT, but it will run
under Windows95. On NT, bash gives me "permission denied", DOS says "not a
valid Windows NT application". Anybody seen this before or have any ideas?
