Does anyone happen to know if all of the long long support is enabled in
the cygwin32 distribution build? The compiler seems to be content to allow
them to be defined and initialized, but printf with format strings of
"%lld" or "%qd" only seems to be printing the low 32 bits, i.e.
0x1234567887654321LL prints with %qx or %llx as 87654321.
