I downloaded and gunzip'ed the new-cygwinb19.dll and when I try to run =

When I use the old B19.0 cygwinb19.dll file I am able to run bash.  I =
did add CYGWIN32=3Dtty binmode to the cygnus.bat file per some article I =
saw in the archives to get ncurses to compile.
