I don't know if this is a CVS 1.9 problem or a cygwin port specific issue. Giving a 'cvs edit' command makes such files mode 666 which in a multi-user environment in particular is less than ideal. - For help on using this list (especially unsubscribing), send a message to "gnu-win32-request AT cygnus DOT com" with one line of text: "help".
