Subject: B19 BASH Bug: ^c kills background processes

I run vim as a windows editor, which I launch from my bash shell
with vim &. Then, if I run another program which I cancel with
^c, (like a bad compile), it kills my vim session as well.

This did not happen with the bash of B18.
