Subject: Where is glob.h in B19

Hi,

I've downloaded the B19 cdk.exe self-installing file. In the directory
structure it produces, glob.h is no-where to be found. Is it a deliberate
ommission? Is glob.h etc. supposed to be in the egcs distribution perhaps?
Or is it possible/desirable to install the GNU libc++ on top of gnu-win32?
Thanks,

Tasos T.
