Anyone:

Could someone point me to / provide me with a binary distribution of RCS?

I have tried several configurations of compiling it myself, but I always get
some problem ( can't handle binary files / delta number corrupted when
unaltered file is checked back in... )

Just as well, someone might instruct me as to how to compile it myself (i.e.,
what configure options to specify, where to put diff, etc.)

Any help will be appreciated    : )
