In this file *E*xtended *A*ttributes for files are stored, if this is a
FAT filesystem. "EA DATA. SF" does not exist for NTFS filesystems.

If you want to get rid of it, you can get Sergey's latest coolview
patch, which has switched off this "feature" by default.
