Earlier reported problem in plotutils 2.0 --> call to fork() returned
SIGINT et al.

I finally had the courage to switch from cygwinb19.1.dll to the latest
coolview version ... the problem went away.  Likely a fork() related bug
in b19.1 that Sergey fixed.

Plotutils 2.0 builds OOB and runs with no problems now.
