Did you install the Sergey version of b19.1?

Supposedly, you can install the Sergey version of the b19.1 dll and
"SET CYGWIN32=%CYGWIN32% tty" before starting bash and W95 won't
freeze; at least as often.  I haven't used b19 on Win95 much so I'm
not speaking from experience on this only on hear say.
