Andy, I've downloaded xemacs 20.5b32. I had to change the shell in
configure from /bin/sh to /bin/bash (the default /bin/sh of Cyg-Win32 is
not a link to /bin/bash). Configure went well, but the make failed.

try to run temacs with a static heap, you should dump first.
