I've uploaded the pre-built binaries for egcs-1.0.2 and binutils-980303
to my ftp server. These are meant to replace the b19 compiler and binary
utilities, so the pathnames are compatible with b19.

  ftp://ftp.xraylith.wisc.edu/pub/khan/gnu-win32/cygwin32/releases/

If you're running b18, and want to use these tools, you *might* be able to
grab cygwinb19.dll (see Sergey's coolview page -- linked from web page
above) and just put that in the PATH someplace.
