Hi,

I'd like to send some simple note on / note off events, channel messages,
and also receive midi input using microsofts multimedia system, mmsystem I
believe. I checked the mmsystem.h distributed with wine, but it seems a
little vague or incomplete; perhaps it only plays back standard midi
files?
