Hi,

I've compiled cvs version 1.9 using b19 with coolview patches on windows
nt 4.0 with service pack 3. When attempting to connect cvs to a remote
repository cvs hangs trying to read a response from the server. 

When trying the same operation using b19 without coolview patches I get an
fdopen 4 for write: Bad file number.

Any clues would be appreciated.
