What did you do before B19 ?
What was /bin/sh in B18 on your machine(s) ?
Besides that, you only need to have /bin/sh == bash for
configuring and compiling ncurses. This is the only package I tried,
which had problems with /bin/sh.exe == ash !

Don't think so, but of course there will be many bug fixes as with every
release.
