Hi Ralf,

malloc.h does not exist.  The routines are defined in stdlib.h.  Create 
a malloc.h in gnuwin32/b18/H-i386-cygwin32/i386-cywin32/include 
directory which has a single line that reads #include <stdlib.h>.
