The coolview can still be gotten at ftp://ftp.deninc.com/pub/sos in 
that dir is a complete mirror of all of Sergey's files from his 
site...

The whole ftp://ftp.deninc.com/ ftp site is dedicated to Gnu-Win32 
tools/ports.. everything located in the dir's are Gnu-Win32 related 
including a complete mirror of Cygnus ftp site...
