Hi Arlindo, All your settings looks good, so I'm hoping it's due to the
bug in collect2 that causes it to exec itself instead of the real linker.
Let's try the following test: copy the GNU ld executable (ld.exe in the
H-i386-cygwin32/bin directory) to a file named collect-ld.exe in the
gcc compiler directory (.../i386-cygwin32/egcs-2.90.21/). If you still
have problems, please email me the following info:
   
   1 the source code to hello.c
   2 the output of the following command:
       
       % gcc -o hello -v hello.c -Wl,-verbose
